For Orders "Returned To Seller" Using Amazon Buy Shipping - how to refund?
We have had a lot of orders lately get "Returned To Seller" - these orders we have been using Amazon Buy Shipping so they have been Claims Protected and OTDR Protected.
But if I have to refund the order, why am I not getting reimbursed for using Amazon Buy Shipping?
