Counterfeit Offer in UK with Brand Registry in the USA
I have Brand Registry on Amazon.com (USA) via USPTO Trademark. I also sell the same brand on Amazon.co/uk, and a counterfeit seller has started selling our product on the UK marketplace.
1. Does Brand Registry in the USA cover the same brand in the UK?
2. How can I get this seller removed if I cannot purchase the product? We do not have any offices in the UK, so I cannot order the product to confirm its counterfeit (although it is obvious that it is based on the recent reviews it has gotten). Many of the Brand Registry features for disputes require that you order the product (which I would do if I had a delivery address in the UK).

1. Some time ago an Amazon employee told me that "brand registered in ONE marketplace means brandregistered in ALL marketplaces".
2. Find a platform in UK that works like fiverr in the USA. There are and you will certainly find someone to order this product and to complain as CUSTOMER that he received a counterfeit.
