We have 4 top selling ASIN’s with BSR’s of 7, 11, 15 and 20 all in the same category. We have been running “Best Deals” deals on some of the pack configurations every 2 weeks for months and months and each deal sells on average 400 units per day. Still, for some reason now we are only being offered Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals which are months away and we need to schedule July and August deals. When asking Seller Central they just send back instructions on creating a deal rather than addressing the issue!! This must be an error/ tech issue AMZ side. Anyone have any experience/ advice?
