Bullet point or product description removed or both
I have 300 plus listings that have been marked as product policy compliance violations. Some are marked that a bullet point has been removed or the product description is removed. When I go to edit them as required, all of that information is visible to me. I have been told to remove the word ship or shipping from the listings and have done so by other Amazon sellers but not specifically by Amazon.. However, even after doing that the listings remain on the list and every day new ones are added. I really don't know how to fix what is wrong since there is no specific details about what Amazon wants changed. Others have removed the word shipping and theirs are no longer on the account health page with a red flag saying product policy violations. I am struggling to fix something which I can't be sure of is the correct thing.

This happens frequently to me as well and as you mentioned removing the mention of shipping usually clears it up. Other words I've found that may affect it are wedding and anniversary, so check for those as well.
It does seem like the compliance page is lagging behind from updating as I have 7 on my page was well that I fixed last week that are still showing up as violations. When I go to the the listing page itself all the information that is says was removed is showing up just fine. This makes me assume it has been corrected but not yet updated on the compliance page. Try checking to see if your descriptions are up on your items.
