Error message for ISNB on new book

I'm trying to upload my second book to my seller account on Amazon and am getting this error message. The book is brand new and has a new ISBN, so I'm unsure what's happening. Is anyone else experiencing something similar while trying to add a product?

It looks like you should be able to create the listing without the error code going forward.
