We had return request about 45 days ago
Buyer didn’t post item back the return label not provided
In this between costumer open a to z claim . It’s been opened about 21 days
We received email today after 45 days buyer post item back ( still in transit )
We received email from Amazon says The buyer sent us the return tracking information below. If there is a problem with the return once you receive it, please reply to the claim on the A-to-z Guarantee Claims page in Seller Central right away to let us know.We have provisionally withdrawn this claim. However, if you do not issue a full refund or contact us when the return is received, the claim will be reopened. The amount may then be debited from your account, impacting your performance metrics.
However the claim is not withdrawn yet
In this situation what’s your advice please.

Basically, if the A-Z Claim remains open - if you refund, you will lose the A-Z Claim.
So I would reply to the email asking if the claim will be closed,
