Issues getting ungated for a brand - MODS PLEASE ASSIST

Dear Amazon Mods,

We are in desperate need of help. We are struggling to get ungated for a brand which we are authorized to sell by the manufacturer. This is crucial to our business, since we have over 50K items in stock in this particular brand.

Once again, we are an authorized distributor for this brand. We acquired our goods directly from the manufacturer/trademark owner. We applied to get ungated for this brand and got denied multiples times. There are two options to get ungated:

a) LOA

or

b) invoice

The manufacturer provided us with an LOA. We applied as option #1. Our application was denied without an explanation. The LOA was issued with all the necessary info such as company header, manufacturer's contact info, our info, LOA expiration date and etc.

We applied again as option #2 and provided a recent invoice from the manufacturer/trademark owner. The invoice meets all the necessary criteria such as 10+ items, date issued, buyers info matches the info in our Amazon account and etc. We were denied again without any explanation.

The only reason that comes to my mind why our application was denied is because the brand does not manufacture their own products as with most eyewear fashion brands. All of their items are manufactured by a 3rd party manufacturer/trademark owner under license. This information can be easily verified online. It is a major brand. Perhaps, an Amazon employee sees that the manufacturer's name does not match the brand's name and simply denies the application. However, the brand itself does NOT make their eyewear items, since they signed a contract with the manufacturer under a license. Therefore, all invoices are issued by the manufacturer and not the brand itself, which is very common in fashion industry. Practically all designer eyewear in the world is made at 3rd party factories.

Can a MOD please escalate this case to Partner Support? It is extremely important for us to get ungated for this brand. We are a small business. We invested a large portion of our funds into this merchandise.
