How to remove bad one-star reviews
Help: customers left one-star bad reviews of products that was damaged or missing pieces, and then we refunded the customer or resent the product. How can we get the customer to remove this bad review? Or can Amazon help us remove this bad review? After all, we've already helped the customer out. I don't know why customers don't contact customer service in the first place when they have this problem to resolve it.

You are new on Amazon? Yes, in the beginning it's hurting a little bit, but know that we ALL have to live with bad or false reviews. You can do absolutely nothing.
It's not allowed to contact a customer regarding a review, that can get your account suspended, that is harrassing and Amazon wants happy customers.
And to be fair, if this customer received 44 instead of 51 she is right and it is a legitimate review.

It is hard to hear the truth, but I agree with @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC. You need to deliver what you advertise and if you don't, then when a buyer leaves a review calling out your failure to deliver what you advertised, there is no way to have that feedback removed.
