Unfair Negative Feedback that AMAZON BOT refuse to remove
We got a negative feedback from a buyer because the buyer claimed that they did not receive the book. We provided the customer with Fedex tracking and delivery report and a photo as proof of delivery.
I opened a negative feedback removal case with amazon and it immediately got rejected within a minute. This is very upsetting. My case id is ID 15874603491 & order number is OrderID: 112-9038075-7238657.

Did you purchase the shipping label through Amazon Buy Shipping or Veeqo? If so, you should be able to open a case requesting a strike-thru. If not, I think you are out of luck.
