AFW1 Fulfillment Center Damage and Impacted to Storage Utilization
We had a significant amount of inventory trapped in AFW1 for the past 6 months. This has contributed negatively to our storage utilization and for the first time ever we are going to be billed a storage utilization surcharge.
Amazon has agreed to adjust storage fees and aged inventory surcharges for these products but they have not addressed the impact to the storage utilization surcharge. Has anyone experience similar and/or had success getting these fees waived with consideration to the impact oh the closure?
