Brand registry application application issue
I submitted an application for brand registry with the CASE ID 14060748831. The case is currently marked as "Pending Review," However, when I click on the case number it says “your case cannot be reopened. If you need help with an issue please contact us (link)”. This contact us link is of no help because it only applies when you already have a brand registered, which is not my case (this is my first time trying to registering a brand).
This is frustrating, as I do not know who to contact to get help with my application. I kindly request that you have the Brand Registry team help me how to do so that I can reapply for the brand.

You will need a MOD to intervene and ask the Brand Registry team to close the one so you can refile.
GOOD job on providing a case #. I’m tagging some MODS that can help you on this.

From what I can tell on my end, your selling account is not yet setup completely. Can you confirm that is the case? I cannot see a Brand name that you are trying to apply for, and am unable to see any Brand Registry applications either.
I do see that the case above was closed by you, but see that your selling account itself is not yet active.
