FBA Shipment Delivered- But Never Checked In and Date Keeps Changing
Sent inventory to MDW2 which is shown as delivered as of June 12. To this day, still has not been shown as checked in or receiving. The date shown as eligible for investigation keeps changing. Originally it was June 28, then July 1, then July 5, then July 11 and just today now that changed to July 17. I have inventory sitting untouched, showing as being delivered to MDW2 one month ago and have nothing to show for it as of now. Is this normal as have never had this long of a delay and the shifting dates before. Thank you.

Yep Normal. Probably lost and the dates will shift until it hits 120 days or something like that. I don't remember the exact number of days they make you wait. Then you can file a reconcile claim for lost units assuming they are lost.

As the previous commenter mentioned, delayed are shipments have been a somewhat common occurrence lately. Typically this can occur due to various factors (weather, time of year, specific FC issues, etc), but I would reiterate that they are not always indicative of lost or missing inventory - sometimes things just take a bit longer. Similarly, I have read more instances lately of sellers having their investigation dates moved out. All that being said, I wanted to reach out and check in on your situation to see if there have been any changes?
