Trying to reach Amazon support regarding my suspended seller account

This is a message regarding a post I made on the seller forums 4 months ago regarding my suspended seller account, as the original thread has been locked.

The laboratory testing was very long and tedious, but it has now been completed. I have uploaded the Certificate of Analysis from Amazon's partnered laboratory "Eurofins", to my Amazon account via the Account Health page for Amazon to review.
However, I would greatly appreciate assistance ensuring that Amazon is aware of the completed requirements so that my account can be approved, as Amazon support has become unresponsive to my messages.

I understand your concern about ensuring Amazon is aware of your completed requirements, especially given the unresponsive nature of your recent communications. Being in a holding pattern after completing thorough testing can be quite challenging.
After reaching out to the responsible team regarding your case, they confirmed that they received your new documentation. However, there is one additional requirement needed to move forward: you will need to provide either a lab authentication letter or lab confirmation of the document. Could you do that?
