Trying to reach Amazon support regarding my suspended seller account

This is a message regarding a post I made on the seller forums 4 months ago regarding my suspended seller account, as the original thread has been locked.

The laboratory testing was very long and tedious, but it has now been completed. I have uploaded the Certificate of Analysis from Amazon's partnered laboratory "Eurofins", to my Amazon account via the Account Health page for Amazon to review.

However, I would greatly appreciate assistance ensuring that Amazon is aware of the completed requirements so that my account can be approved, as Amazon support has become unresponsive to my messages.
