I sent my first-everexisting shipment at the beginning of August. Within a week the shipment was received and was being processed. Then the next day when I checked it, half of my inventory was stranded with the reason saying that I need to create a new listing. By the next week, all 33 of my products are now stranded for the same reason. I submitted a help ticket and they are saying that I just need to create a new listing. All of these items were linked to an existing listing on Amazon. If I go back and create a new listing for each one, I won't have any of the conditions, pricing, or product descriptions that I had made for each listing. Also, I do not have the books so how can I take pictures and make a new listing? The other problem is that I listed these books for sale based on the sales ranking and number of sales that have been made on each of these. A new listing separates my book from the exhisting listing which means it has no rank and therefore will get buried in the listings. How can I fix this?
