Hi @Seller_eGHxgMfjdckiK,

I'm sorry to hear about your sales decline. I took a look at your Open Toe Compression Socks listing (B0743FT2T8) and noticed some opportunities that might help improve customer confidence, conversion rates and sales.

First, let's acknowledge the strong foundation you've built. I saw you have an average star rating of 4.3 and 856 ratings. That's very strong. Furthermore, at $17.98 for 6 pairs of socks, you must have a very efficient supply chain. By the way, you could display the price per pair by updating your unit_count and unit_count_type fields - this might help customers better understand the value proposition.

I've noticed a few areas where customers might get confused, which could be affecting your conversion rates and increasing your ACoS:

  • The product quantity presentation varies between "6 pairs" (title), "12 count" (where customers pick their size), and what's shown in the main image (6 individual socks instead of 6 pairs of socks). Ensuring consistency across your listing would eliminate any confusion about the quantity customers receive with each order.
  • The size nomenclature switches between "S/M" in some places (e.g. image #3) and "Small" (where customers pick their size) in others. Standardizing this could reduce customer questions and potentially also returns.

Your product has some great features, but they could be showcased more effectively:

  • Consider adding a clear close-up image of the open-toe design to better showcase this key feature
  • The anti-slip feature mentioned in your bullet points sounds valuable - explaining how it works could help differentiate your product
  • Your care instructions are thorough, though there's a small typo in "tumble dry" instead of "turmble dry" that's easy to fix. In the same image under "Height/weight" the measurement information currently uses metric units - considering adding or switching to imperial measurements might better serve US customers.

One strategic suggestion: Your listing currently targets a broad range of customer segments (from athletes to elderly users) and various activities (from yoga to hiking) - as seen for example in image #7 and your last bullet point. While versatility can be good, you might see better conversion rates by focusing more specifically on your core customer profile and their primary use cases. This could help make your marketing message more compelling to your target audience.

I hope some of these suggestions might be helpful in improving your sales performance.

Best regards, Michael

Yeah I am feeling it too

If you have the LSR Protection enabled, such as the SSA and AHT, watch you AHT, I see Amazon adjusted a lot of my items to look like they ship way later than they actually do. It is a pattern I am noticing.

My items that have a 2-3 handling time are moving, but some of my items have been given an unrealistic handling time of 6-7 days which makes no sense and they are no longer selling.

I have a ticket opened with seller support about it and I got one of those "your case has been transferred to an internal team" things. I wont hold my breath

I do have one mod looking into it though, hopefully he can help

This new policy is very annoying.

Check to ensure any variations have NOT been split by the system. Click to open in Amazon like a regular shopper would see. This happened to me a BEFORE black Friday! This impedes sales because customers will click and only see ONE size etc. and then they DO NOT order. After fixing 60+ listings my sales returned. Their bots separate variations without even telling sellers - it is VERY BAD!!!!
