Failed CPC certification
discussion.im getting really nervous. My cpc certification did not pass this morning causing my listing to go inactive. My listing's manufacturer age is 9 months, while my cpc cert says 10 months. Thought it would be a easy fix. Thought wrong. Amazon says I have to delete my listing and relist it through add a product/catalog with the right information. Okay no problem. So I delete it. My asin isn't showing at all, my listing seems to be gone from the system. How am I suppose to get it back? Even when I go to fix stranded inventory and click on relist it says the sku and asin don't exist.

Hi there @Seller_Rrvol8izaBa0P,
In some instances, if there is only one Seller of a product and the offer is deleted the listing will be suppressed in the catalog. This is normal but it can be sometimes difficult to fix unless you know what to do. The way to often relist this is via an upload. You should also be able to list the product again by adding a new product using the UPC/GTIN of the product, it should automatically tie to the original ASIN. If you are still having problems please provide your most recent Seller Support Case and I will investigate further.
