Zebra 4x6 shipping labels. Not Printing correvtly today.
Is anyone having this problem. I use Amazon buy shipping and usually print onto zebra 4x6 labels. Today the print out is not coming out correctly. Nothing wrong with the printer because I am using for other platforms (shopify/etsy) and all ok with them.... Just Amazon label now has a dispatch slip and label on one page and is trying to print it on a 4x6 label so it not displaying correctly. I only want the label, not the packing slip.

Which setting are you using when you try to print?
I only use 4 in x 6 in PNG default, which tends to print just the label if buying the label on its own. If buying in bulk then it prints out a packing slip annoyingly.

I has a problem where it was printing everything but the QR/barcode, I switched from Chrome to Edge and all working again.

It will have to be 4 x 6 in PNG Default in the printer settings.
If you buy in bulk it will be at the bottom, but it will not give you the 6 x 4 option if you have say a letter in there and then tracked etc (for some reason a letter shows as a different format (8.5 x 11). So you'll need to purchase that separately.
I use Buy Shipping In Bulk for Royal Mail 48 Large Letter, Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and DPD all at once and works fine. Just when a letter is thrown it there, it doesn't seem to use the same format, so I remove from the Bulk Buy.
