bullets frontend and backend mismatch
There are around 100 plus child listings under one parent in my Amazon seller central, I have not changed any attribute in the previous days but at frontend and backend there is a huge mismatch in bullets. At backend, bullets are perfectly fine as they are supposed to be but at frontend, I am seeing totally changed bullets, they are nothing but single word bullets, I do not know why is it so, I have tried to change them manually as well as via Inventory file upload but all in vain, moreover, Amazon seller support says that there is no bullet at backend but I am seeing them in my seller central, Kindly let me know how to fix it.

Did you create the listing that these child SKUs sit under or is it someone else's listing?
My understanding - and I may be wrong - is that whoever created the listing has a priority when it comes to the information displayed even if it's wrong or not as good as yours so could be if you're selling on someone else's listing Amazon will always default to their content rather than yours... but maybe someone else can give more information on that.
