Account remains deactivated for 5 months. Verification interview done. No response. Fees being charged
Hi,
My account was deactivated on february 8. After I had submitted a POA and requested invoices, I had a verification interview on march 22. I thought it went smoothly and I was told I will be contacted with the final decision the week after ( march 25 or 26). I never heard back.
I reached out multiple times and was asked to be patient. Then, I got a notification that I missed my March interview (which was not true ) and was asked to schedule a verification interview again in May. I followed the link and picked new dates in June. I have not heard back.
Now amazon has just charged me for storage. After not being allowed to sell anything for 5 months. This is very frustrating as I am not even certain why my account was deactivated. It is just silence on amazon' s part for 5 months. I am a new business owner with over $12,000 credit card debt for inventory purchased not to mention other start-up expenses. I have inventory in the amazon warehouse that have expiration dates.
I would appreciate a final answer soon so I can retrieve my inventory and count my losses if this is not going anywhere for me.

Thank you.

You will be charged for storage until the items are returned or sold/ destroyed by Amazon.
The only way around it is to get the account back active.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
