Amazon subscription box support team not responding to emails

This month we have an issue where none of our hundreds of subscription box orders came in

We've been trying to reach support to figure out whats happening. Chat support straight out told me "I am afraid, i cannot help you out with your request. You must reach SnDBox Ops directly at the subscription box email address. Phone support hasn't been useful either (was put on a 50 minute hold pending investigation and then the call just ended)

Right now phone support is also directing me to the "concern" team which is subscription box email address

I sent an email to the subscription box email address 7 days ago about a separate issue and never heard back, so I don't think that team is even monitoring incoming messages. What do we do in this case it seems like we are just completely out of luck due to mismanagement/incompetency

This has happened to us as well for our subscription box. Our cutoff date was the 5th. Then no orders came through.
