Account balance all frozen Amazon not responding

Our account balance has been frozen since AUG 2023, now the balance was 110K+, The reason was because of an A-to-Z claim.

MAY 2021: The related order was made.

AUG 2021: Our first insurance policy, not covering this related order.

AUG 2022: It was alleged human injury caused by our product, but buyer didn't contact us.

MAR 2023: Buyer first time contacted us and filed the claim.

JUL 2023: Some complex claims advisor from a Claims Management Services company contacted us said representating Amazon and helping the claimer and us solving this claim.

AUG 2023: Our account balance was unlimited frozen, we can still do business, but all balance frozen.

MAR 2023 to OCT 2023: We kept talking to the claimer, the complex claims advisor also talked to the claimer. The claimer refused to provide any evidance, but claimed a ridiculous number, and kept talking tough and rude not only to me but also to the advisor.

OCT 2023: The claimer said "you are fired" to the complex claims advisor, then never responded me and the advisor. The advisor left the claimer 30 final days for providing some evidance, said then would close the claim if no evidance provided.

NOV 2023: 30 days passed, nothing from the claimer. The complex claims advisor said talking to Amazon about my account, but no responding from Amazon in the last 20 days. I opened a case on NOV 15, status "Transferred" since the second day, but no responding then.

Amazon seller support rocks. Please I need some Amazon staff checking this and at least tell me what should I do or how long I still need to wait.

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration this is causing. Based on your post, it sounds like you have funds held up in account level reserve to cover a-to-z-claims, returns, and charge backs. Have you received at least partial disbursements or none at all?
