Amazon keeps telling me that because the delivery of a removal order specifies that it was delivered, that they will not reimburse a lost removal order. We did not receive the units that we issued to remove. USPS says it was delivered, but we did not receive them. I tried calling USPS but they said that Amazon has to contact them to start an investigation. Amazon won't reimburse the lost units, and USPS says they are delivered. What can I do about this? i'm tired try to reach amazon 3 months total unit lost 955 unit amazon reimburse me only 511 and rest to be reimburse with shipping fees is 444 unit i everytimes contact them and always someone one talk to me he only read answer about question and talk to me by phone and promise to escalate case without any solution or even in chat some agent from other country don't even understand well the request please can someone help me
