Declined Brand Approval
I got approval from Brand and authorization letter to resell the products on Amazon but Amazon declined my request of brand approval. I opened a case log and submitted an appeal and attached brand invoice, authorization letter, products pictures but Amazon declined again and again. Please guide how can i get approval from Amazon? Hello @Seller_OPphlpN9y6lwq- thanks for sharing this experience with our community here on the forums! I wanted to let you know that I took a look through the case ID you shared and do see that brand application was denied. Can you confirm if you have received approval to sell within the Grocery and Gourmet foods category? Sometimes multiple approvals are needed in order to sell a product. Like for this instance, approval from the brand to sell their products, and approval from Amazon to sell in the category would be required. You can read more on the approval processes here, and requirements specific to grocery and gourmet here!
