Vine reviewer left review without using product
I recently enrolled a product in a Vine review, and received a one star review from a reviewer who didn't even use the product. I am all for honest reviews but when you don't even try the product, it's not an honest review. We have other 4 and 5 star reviews, but this review is negatively impacting how my product is perceived. How do I escalate this?

Did they say they did not use it?
If they put this in the review then you can absolutely request that it be removed. Request being the key word because it usually takes several attempts to even get a person who pay attention to what is going on.
You can also see someone's review history and if they have a habit of doing this you can use this as reinforcement to file an appeal to have it removed. (go to the review and click on their name)
If you are assuming they didn't use it then it might be a loss. It takes a solid level of evidence to have a review removed.
