We have received the copyright infringement notification for using the image of our own product. Amazon has been totally unhelpful in fixing this issue. Has anyone came up with the similar situation and how can this be fixed?

I understand you have recently received copyright infringement violations and you have provided your own images to the listing. I would like to provide further insight into the applicable policy as well as your next steps.
Respecting and utilizing someone's intellectual property is expected by all sellers, just like how all are expected to follow local, state, federal laws in addition to separate Amazon policies.
A copyright protects original works of authorship, such as pictures, videos, songs, and other media. You may be able to upload or sell someone else’s copyrighted work on Amazon if you have received permission from the copyright owner or if your use is protected by the “first sale” doctrine. The first sale doctrine generally permits the resale of a genuine, lawfully purchased physical item (such as a book or CD) without permission from the copyright owner.
You have stated you are using your own images of your product. Was there any clip art, watermark, or other images also added to your photos?
If you are sure you are not infringing, you can dispute the violation with the submission of a DMCA counter notice. You may see more about this on the procedure for submitting a counter-notice pursuant to the DMCA help page.
If this is a suspected violation, you will need to edit the images or you will need to remove the listing and acknowledge the violation to stop it from impacting your account health rating.
