We are UK based seller. We are a small company.Now wanted to sell in USA . I have already got Global selling account for Europe, I wanted to enrol for tax in one or two European country.Can anyone help in understanding the difference if your company VAT is registered in the UK.Please guide what is beneficial in terms of cost and sale.

What is the procedure of selling in USA . Do we have to register for tax in USA ,before selling .What are the steps of selling in USA including the initial cost .
