Reactivate Seller Account (Bank account statement or credit card statement)
Good morning!
Last year I activated my AMZ SELLER account and I haven't used it in a long time... which caused them to deactivate it and now to activate and use it they ask me to attach a PDF of my passport (which I was able to give them) and a PDF of a bank statement or a credit card... in the first instance I have used a bank statement of my personal bank on my behalf, since I have 2 credit cards extensions on my behalf and the account itself belongs to my parents. As a response they told me on the Seller Central that they couldn't verify it... so I attached a Payoneer account statement through Seller Central as well... they also denied it... so now they ask me for the same thing but I don't know what causes the lack of authentication or recognition of the type of document that they ask for, which I give them... I thought about giving them a bank statement of a US Bank Account where I have an account on my behalf... but in the bank statement I do not have the same home address that I declared on Amazon... which is why I am lost in this instance... what can I do to do things right and start my career selling on Amazon?

When you register as a seller, in order to be able to receive payments, you want to ensure that the account information you enter meets the following requirements:
- Your seller account must have a business address associated with it.
- Your bank account must be located in a country supported by the Amazon Currency Converter.
- Your bank account information must be up to date.
I would suggest opening a case with our Support team for additional assistance. If you have already done so, please feel free to update this thread with the case ID number and I can take a look.
