Hi Amazon Professionals,
We have been selling on Amazon for many years, well aware Amazon policies and doing our best to maintain our account health. We lost listings' Buy Box option for all of our products with no reasons. lost two days on 1st, 2nd July, this week on 18th, 19th, lost the all listings' Buy Box option again.
Contacted seller support many times but none are able to provide solutions. Any experience sellers with this same issue, thank you for your advise!

Here are some steps you can take to improve your chances of becoming the "Featured Offer":
1. Make sure you have a Professional Selling Plan
2. Make sure your metrics (Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, and Late Shipment Rate) are in excellent standings because the better you perform, the higher your chances are of becoming Featured Offer eligible
3. Price your items competitively
4. Offer faster shipping and free shipping
5. Provide great customer service
6. Keep stock available
There are two steps to select offers to feature. First, we determine which items are eligible to be featured based on criteria that are designed to give customers a great shopping experience. Second, from this pool of eligible offers, we choose compelling offers to feature.
