Including Company Phone Number in FBA Product Packaging
Could anyone share their experience or knowledge regarding the inclusion of our company's contact number inside product packaging? Specifically, I'm wondering if Amazon's policies permit us to add a note with our phone number inside the products we send through FBA.
I believe this could enhance our customer service experience by providing an additional touchpoint for our customers. However, I want to ensure it aligns with Amazon's guidelines and does not affect our standing or operations under FBA.

Look up 'FBA Inserts' and there is a video.
One of the points is to not encourage customers to contact you outside of buyer seller messaging. Including your phone number in this way would push towards that.
Are you producing your own products? Because you could of course include your phone number on the packaging.
