Amazon makes it impossible to issue refunds properly.

Amazon doesn't allow outside links, so your link is probably going to be removed shortly. To issue a proper refund more easily, you can use a order adjustment file upload (aka flat file upload) where you don't have the restrictions of the Amazon interface.
