I can't close my account due to Section 3
My account has been deactivated. Amazon has been holding inventory and charging me for inventory fees since January.
My account has been deactivated due to a Section 3 violation and I am trying to close the account completely.
I cannot create removal orders because of the account health violation and Amazon has been charging me inventory storage fees since January.
Even though my account is set for automatic disposal the inventory still sits in Amazon's warehouse and they have been charging me since January.
I am at my wits end. I cannot supply the invoices needed for the Account Health violation and they won't let me completely close my account due to this violation. I cannot do anything on the account at all and I am continued to be charged.
I really don't understand what to do. Am I going to be charged for life for this inventory?
This is actually crazy. Please help.

If you were shut down for failed supply chain verification/IP violations, you will not get paid, not get your inventory back. Amazon is like one of those Carnivorous plants. They open their mouth looking all good for you, sucker you into FBA and then SNAP ask for invoices they knew all along you don't have. They can now cling to the agreement you accepted without to read and will charge you for many months for storage and then disposal, while first taking every dime you have left from sales and then billing you. And there is nothing you can do besides going to arbitration (Starts at around 3K) or small claims court.
A suspended account cannot be closed.
