URGENT*** ATTENTION*** Prime Day Best Deal is running correctly but is not showing on catalog detail page
Today is prime day., for a month I have had a best deal approved and all set. Product instock with 4.7 star and seller rating of 4.9. everything is correct. at 12:00 it changed to running with the green badge on the dashboard. however the price is still my normal price on the catalog. I have checked my pricing errors. I have used the help tool that checks deals.
I have spent 8 hours on the phone and chat with 20 different agents as they keep transfering me. always to tell me it takes a few days to fix this. well time is urgent and i spent $1000 that i am not getting any sales becasue of their system glitch.
They say they have an internal team looking at it. who so far has replied to make sure i was doing all that i listed above.
I NEED A SUPERVISOR who can actually fix this to get involved. someone who can cancel out the deal then activate it again fresh to fix this snag on the system. Regular support is of zero help as usual I know more about Amazon than they do.
IT is frustrating and now im losing big time sales over this problem that Amazon seems in no hurry to help me with.

Dumb question....are you viewing the product detail page from an account (not your seller account) that has Prime?

update solution—
I got it solved. It is what is everyone’s issue. The reason it shows running but not on the detail page is that it is suppressed. being suppressed because the minimum seller price that is set in the dashboard for the product is higher than the deal so you need to go into your edit the product go to the offer section and go to the minimum product price and we get lower than whatever your deal is going to be save it and that will fix it
