Our branded product posted on Walmart shopping site

I just discovered that someone posted our branded product along with our patented company name and logo, along with all our media and listing text to the Walmart shopping site. They listed the price double what we charge on Amazon (which is the only shopping site platform where we post our product) and posted negative reviews. I feel it is an attempt to discredit our product and brand as it's difficult for me to believe that someone would pay double the price as on Amazon (not who knows). Also our product comes up on a google search for our Amazon listing right next to our product listed on Walmart fraudulently.

Question? How should I proceed to get this taken down off of Walmart's shopping site? Our company doesn't even have a Walmart shopping site. Should I contact Amazon first about the issue? Walmart? Anyone have direct links or phones numbers on where to start?

Thank you.

This is typically a scam on Walmarts site. Fake foreign sellers set up accounts on walmart. People order from them. They get paid then they turn around and order from you and have you ship to their customers. Then the fake sellers will start putting in INR claims on your orders and Amazon being Amazon and the buyer is always right refunds the orders to them. so they are selling your items for nothing and killing you on Amazon. It's been going on for years and a group of Amazon sellers actually have a class action suit against Walmart for allowing outright theft by unverified sellers on their end to happen on their site to the detriment of Amazon sellers. Be careful!
