Inventory Stuck in Amazon Warehouse b/c of Product Compliance
I sent pallets of inventory that arrived to a warehouse in Georgia in January. It was a supplement. The day it arrived, Amazon hit me with the Product Compliance requirements. Fair, so I submitted them to a third-party tester. The product compliance review is still not complete. That is fine and I can wait. The issue is that my inventory is sitting in the warehouse and the expiration date is getting closer. I want to remove it and sell it at my own warehouse instead. However, the seller support person just replies 'we don't have it, your shipping company did not deliver it'. Yet, I have proof it was delivered and I know it is not being submitted into inventory for FBA because of the product compliance issue pending. How can I get my soon-to-expire inventory ASAP?

Keep in mind, I am not asking for reimbursement, I am asking for my supplement bottles to be shipped to my own warehouse so I can do FBM.
