What is the issue with your account? There is no one to call, you can create a case with seller support.

Connor from Amazon here, I've looked at your account and see that you still need to add a charge method and complete the tax portion before your account can be activated.

To do that, go to your global dashboard and click on the links for each outstanding action.

All accepted credit cards are listed in this help page. Let us know if you have any other questions.
