You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services **Help**
Dear Amazon Team,
I hope you are doing well. I am reaching out to express my concern regarding my seller account, as I have been facing difficulties despite following all the steps provided.
My case ID is 17464721171, and I requested authorization to change my account from a natural person to an LLC. The response I received indicated that I needed to complete the tax interview again in my seller account to proceed with the legal name change. However, when trying to update the information in the "Business Information" section, I encounter an error that prevents me from changing the country of origin, the address, and the business details. The system shows a message stating that the phone number has already been used, which prevents me from saving or submitting the information correctly.
I have opened several additional cases, with the following IDs:
17509851981: "You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services."
17510237161: "Review your country of establishment and business type."
17516553611: "Other account issues."
In the responses I have received, I am told the verification process is complete, but I continue to see the "limited access" message and cannot update my account information. This has caused significant confusion, as in some cases they tell me everything is fine, while in others, I cannot access or update my business information.
My main question is: Is it possible to leave the tax information with different data from the "Business Information" section? Additionally, I would like to know if this "limited access" message is a platform error, as I have already followed all the steps and don’t know who else to contact to resolve this issue.
I appreciate your attention and assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
I look forward to your response.
