Hello , I've received email from Amazon for Video Call Identity verification. I scheduled 3 time slots with them but never received an email with the link or confirmation. What are the instructions for the call ? What link should I use at the scheduled time to get this call ? Thanks.

Thank you for your email. Take the following steps to reschedule your appointment for virtual identity verification:

1. Go to the following link:

2. Fill the necessary details

3. Select a new date and time slot

4. Click "Submit"

I did remove the link from my post, but your link should still be in your notification. At this time I want to confirm if you were able to schedule your video call now that a link had been provided. If you are till experiencing the same or a new situation, please follow up with additional details so I can continue to provide guidance or engage any teams. If you were successful in scheduling the video call, what day was selected?

I'm following the link. I enter the merchant token. I choose three time slots. I see this message:

We thank you for your time spent taking this survey.

Your response has been recorded.

And after that nothing. January 13, 17 and 20 were chosen. I did not receive a confirmation or invitation to a meeting.

Now I have followed the link again. It's working. Different timeslots and the same message at the end.

I want to help clarify what you had most recently mentioned. You advise a few days ago you selected 3 days and times but had not heard back. You then advise following the link, did you select new dates and times? If so you will need to await the newly selected times. Typically, in this type of situation I advise waiting until the last day prior to using the link again to reschedule as it will override prior selections and dates.

If you have not selected new dates, you should receive an email between now and tomorrow when the time was scheduled for the video call. If this does not occur, I would ask that you reschedule the video call, should you continue to run into issues, I can reach out to the appropriate teams to request they review the situation and provide further guidance on how to get your call scheduled or if we need to set it up manually.
