I am unable to take the INFORM tax interview due to this error
It's been more than 2 weeks since I've opened case with seller support and discussions here in the forums. The error still persists whenever I click the INFORM tax interview. I can't start it so my account can never be verified to comply with the INFORM act. Now I'm facing deactivation. Please help!

While we apologize that you have not heard back from Seller Support, that may be due to the fact the technical issue is still going on. Our Community Manager will get back to you on your original thread HERE as soon as they hear back from the reverification team.
Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the Support Staff. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
