FBA lost 150 thousand worth of products that i shipped to FBA using a tracking for each box FBA tells me sorry we never got your packages WHAT DOES THAT MEAN it clearly shows delivered.
i have 5 shipments lost amzn will not pay me for the goods = 150k loss to my company i am opening a BBB claim today about this.

Its sometimes tough to work with Amazon but with the right documentation and followup with Amazon, they reimburse for the lost items. It's just a tedious process and requires multiple followups. I have done something similar so speaking with my experience.

BBB is a private, obsolete orgainization. I once had someone open a BBB complaint for a company I owned and I laughed and ignored it.

We had this same issue, we even had the signature and name of the employee who received the package at the Amazon warehouse and they still would need to do something about it. They closed the shipment and said we could not open a case.
The warehouse is a local one too so the package only traveled 5 miles at max.

Provide proof of delivery and fight for your $$$. We had this happened 3 years ago, with a lot of effort on the case and multiple escalations (to the right team) Amazon finally reimbursed all full container of goods that were missing. Good luck!
