Hope someone on here can assist, we created a FBA Varation listing last year, and then our own Amazon seller listings all have the same ASIN and EAN, our issue is we have tried to list these ASINS on our Amazon Vendor account, however it keeps coming back that the EAN aren't recognised ( we are a brand owner and how the GS1 certificate for the items), and also that the ASINS are not available.

Amazon case log team, told us to complete the bulk spreadsheet and list this way, which has Resulted in Amazon Vendor creating a new ASIN, which isn't even linked to our product.

Can anyone offer any guidance on what to do? We have been going round in circles with this, with no clear answer
