Brand Approval Declined - No reason provided

My brand approval application keeps getting declined even though I have an invoice directly from the brand/manufacturer and a Letter of Authorization from the brand that meets all the requirements outlined by Amazon. I've tried contacting seller support several times to understand the reason for the application rejection but I'm getting a generic rejection that does not include ANY information. We have been a seller on Amazon for over 13 years and never had this experience. The goods have been sitting in our warehouse for a few weeks now because of this issue.

How can I know what is wrong with my brand approval application so I can fix it? @Dougal_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon @CR_Amazon - Could you please help?

I received a reply back to the Case ID with a reason and what needs to be done after requesting it to be escalated.

Very frustrating. I received a reply back with what was needed and even after following those instructions the application is still being declined! It has been over 2 weeks now since we received the shipment and we have still not received approval even with a valid invoice directly from the brand and a Letter of authorization. @Dougal_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon @CR_Amazon - Could you please help?

I've reviewed the details, and as per case 17666012641, you have applied to list products for ASIN B08T85XJDV, which is misbranded, and is infringing on a third party's rights. Listing products on a misbranded or infringing ASIN is a violation of our policies.
