The buyer never paid for fast shipping, yet left a negative review about the fast shipping paid.
We requested Amazon to remove feedback via the feedback manager, but Amazon is not removing the feedback, the seller provided the attachments as evidence in the case.

"I ordered overnight shipping and delivery. Ordered Wednesday and was supposed to be delivered Friday. It's Saturday and I still don't have it. I paid 54.57 for faster delivery and don't have it. I want my refund bk for shipping."
