Unable to receive OTP via phone.
Hi everyone,
I haven’t been able to login as I was unable to receive the OPT from Amazon on my phone. I went through the two step account recovery and got an email from Amazon saying that the two step verification was turn off. But when I tried to log in, the problem still existed.
When I called the customer service, they claimed that my account wasn’t linked to any phone number, only to an email. How could this happen? I received OPt on my cell phone last month.
I sent tons of emails and opened several cases, but they still haven’t fixed the problem. What should I do now?
