Other / Others Charge Amazon should NOT take our money with NO EXPLAINATION associated with the transaction. This type of charge "OTHERS" is not acceptable

I have a FEE/transaction/charge that occurred today for over $500. It is listed at Other/Others and Seller Central CANNOT TELL ME WHAT IT IS FOR. I have clicked on the blue number in the log and what it says it pictured below in a screen shot. I have also copied what clueless SS is telling me. How can Amazon take money without any explanation. This is just WRONG!

Here is the Case ID-15520489211 for any MOD that can look into this and please let Amazon know we deserve an explanation to all fees deducted. My case was "Transferred" but nobody has getting back to me since 06/27/2024.

"Amazon 07:34 PM 06/27/2024. Your case has been forwarded to another Amazon team and they will contact you regarding your question."

Since that date, I have spoken with other sellers and many more have been affected by the same charge. Most agree that the charges were made around June 20, 2024. Some mentioned that their charges are for thousands of dollars $$$. How can there be no explanation for these charges?

"Other" transactions might show up in your Payments reports from time to time. Common transactions of this type include:

• Subscription fees, as described in your seller service agreement

• Charges associated with A-to-z Guarantee claims

• Corrections issued by Amazon to remedy an account discrepancy

Typically, a $39.99 "Other" transaction represents your monthly subscription fee for selling on Amazon.com. If your Payments report shows more than one $39.99 transaction of this type, it may be a carryover from an earlier settlement period when your sales were not sufficient to cover the monthly subscription fee.

There will be no explanation given and the replies will be few and far between from support/mods.

It has been mentioned in another thread that this was some sort of "glitch" in the Amazon's backend system, according to a moderator/support agent.

Keep persisting as other sellers (including myself) are. Over the past month we've received fraudulent shipping adjustment charges and fee's similar to yours. Keep record of everything (screenshots of these adjustments is about the best you can do).

The longer they sweep this under the rug the worse it will be for them (AMZ). Sellers have already mentioning they are seeking legal counsel.

Do you happen to offer "coupons" to customers?

On June 20th I was hit with an "others" fee and that was the reason why.

Check your returns and amounts too. I have recently found Amazon taking more then the amount total amount of returns made. I have been trying to find out why and I get further and more answers talking to a golden retriever. Its just 100% theft.
