Hi Amazon seller performance team! It’s been a while since my account has been deactivated for the following reason as mentioned in the amazon email. “You have been found to be related to an account beginning with JZkhan”. But I believe this notification is sent in error. I am a seller on amazon, My account JZkhan is the only account I have and its verified. But since its been deactivated my inventory is stranded. Below are all the details of root cause with and attached supporting documents to substantiate this claim. • I have used a co working space for my office since its eco-friendlier. And I use the Computer and Wi-Fi at the office which is shared by others. • There might have been a breach in privacy, and someone might have used the same computer for logging into their account in any case its my fault that I was less than careful, and I since then have educated myself and my team to be more in compliance with Amazon’s policies. • Someone once asked me for help with their Amazon seller business

If your account is JZkhan, they must have found you to be connected to a different account, not your own, that doesn't make sense. Unless the other account just starts the same and is longer?
Even so, your appeal is way too vague and weak. They want to hear exactly what the breach was, what exactly you are doing now ("more compliance with Amazon's policies") that you were not doing before, that will solve this issue. You need to know if that "other seller" has had their account deactivated. If so, if you did anything to connect their account with you, you have to "prove" it, and convince Amazon that it won't happen again. Amazon only cares why you are sharing space and Wi-Fi if you are telling them you know how that caused the problem and how you are fixing it. ETC.....
In other words, this will be tough to get past. Good luck.

Greetings @Seller_VPb126p7KnWwG,
I hope this finds you well.
I understand your account has been deactivated due to being linked with another account which has your same name. I would like to provide further insight into the applicable policy as well as next steps for you.
Per Amazon's seller code of conduct and multiple accounts policy, all sellers are expected to only create and maintain a single selling account unless there is a legitimate business need for multiple accounts. Such needs include having a separate brand or being recruited to participate in an Amazon program which requires a seller to create a new account. Even when permitted to have multiple accounts, all of those accounts must remain in good standing and active. If one of the accounts becomes deactivated for any time, all associated accounts will also become deactivated.
This policy will also extend to other regions, such as the United Kingdom or the Far East regions as part of Amazon global selling. Did you enroll in global selling?
This is typically the culprit when you receive a notification stating that you are linked with another account but the name of the account is the same as yours. Even if you do not remember enrolling in the global selling program, I do suggest checking to see if you are able to log into the other marketplaces with the same login credentials as the ones you use for the North America marketplace. If this is successful and you are able to find a performance notification on any of them where you need to address a different situation from a related account, you will want to provide the requested information there.
If this is not the case, you will want to consider if you know anyone else with a selling account or have ever worked with a third party. It will be important to identify the account and then work to prove you do not recognize the account, you were once related to the account but are no longer related to the account, or that you have never been related to that account. Feel free to visit this page for further assistance on addressing a multiple accounts policy violation.
As always, feel free to further ask questions and provide updates here in this thread. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
All the best,
Stevie
