Assistance Needed for Account Recovery
Dear Amazon Support Team,
My partner and I are currently facing an issue with our account. It appears that our email was changed without our authorization, which we believe is a result of hacking, despite having two-factor authentication enabled. My partner has confirmed he did not change the email, and the 2FA codes are sent to his phone.
We want to give him the benefit of the doubt since he is my partner, and we have attempted to reach out to the seller for assistance. However, the only information we received is that our account is now linked to a new email address.
I have substantial proof that this is our business, including screenshots and email correspondence from our original email, as well as specific details about our campaigns.
Could you please advise us on the best steps to take in order to recover our account? We appreciate your help and look forward to your guidance.

how can we access our old account if our new account is using old email address? Do
Do you understand what I mean. We needed to create a whole new sellers account, and reason why we used our old ema address because we didn’t know what the issue was with old Account.
Now you are telling us to log back in but email address is being used for our new email account. During our own investigation we found out whoever compromised our account changed the email address and phone numbers. So please advise giving that info.

Same thing happened here back in Sept of 2023... The hackers gained access to my selling account. Changed all login/ 2FA info and then started selling items, but not actually shipping anything... Completely destroyed the selling account's status/ reputation.
I would suggest changing the new account's email to another email as to try and avoid some confusion whenever you get somebody from Amz to take a look...
