Help with reimbursement of incorrect FBA fees
Hi, can anyone help with getting incorrect FBA fees reimbursed? Amazon FBA mismeasured one of my items and for 1 week the fees were incorrect. The package tier is now corrected, but I need reimbursement for a prior weeks' orders. I can't seem to get customer support to understand the issue as they keep coming back with a blanket statement that does not address my question. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
