same for me, but mine is due to having a "marcus line of credit" so i have no access to update or change banking....i have a case open now since 5/9/2023...with no updates besides this today-

Maybe it's because the account you're logged into is a sub-account with permissions, not the main one?

We have the same issue and are logged in as the primary account owner. we also received the same "update" but no resolution.

Would you please share the seller support case id number(s) that you have opened. I would like to look into this and expediate this with our internal teams.

I am having the same issue. Everything shows a green check except for 'Bank Account Verification' however when I do click it then it leads me to a deposit methods page and there is nothing there to upload or any ability to access anything.. it just says 'You do not have any deposit methods saved' - no luck from seller support....Anyone resolve this issue?

The constant terrorism of seeing your account is going to be deactivated is making me snap. Each time I submit the same bank account I've been using for years, it fails and I have to wait to get my money out for 3 days. It's messing up my cash flow!
A Representative told me it would be fine and it's NOT fine. I'm so sick of it, I can hardly look at my account and have no desire to work on my listings or anything.
