I need a HUMAN from AMAZON TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS; I APPLIED ABOUT 6 TIMES FOR A BRAND FOR UNGATING. .....BOT denial within seconds.....SO I bought NEW products, with a NEW distributor...to be DENIED within...SECONDS... stating, "YOU HAVEN'T PROVIDED NEW INFORMATION" ......um, excuse me, sir/ma'am, I dished out NEW money with a NEW product and NEW distributor...

So, this "new brand"; do you have approval FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon? Is the distributor you are buying from one that THE BRAND suggested you use?
If you answered "No" to either question, then it's no surprise that Amazon is rejecting your applications.

Here is what you failed to learn from Seller U. You DID study it instead of TikTok and YouTube, didn't you?
Here are the NEW rules for selling on the ‘new and improved’ Amazon. Only you can tell us if you meet the requirements. If they are rejecting your "invoices" my guess is that you do not.
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?
Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.
NOTE – FOR 'GATED' CATEGORIES' DOING RA IS NOT PERMITTED ON AMAZON. PERIOD. If you have to 'apply to sell' you WILL need an INVOICE from an AUTHORIZED distributor and not a receipt.

Tatiana from Amazon here. You've already received some important advice from the your fellow sellers so I just wanted to provide some additional resources to help provide context to the issue.
I did look into the case and it looks like although the products and source are different, the team is still lacking the proper Letter of Authorization. Certain products do require extra approval in order to be able to sell them, and as @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp stated, this approval typically needs to come directly from the brand.
