Liquidation sale
Hello fellow sellers,
I'm considering liquidating a portion of my inventory and was wondering if anyone has experience or advice on this. Any suggestions on effective strategies, potential platforms other than Amazon, or things to avoid would be greatly appreciated

Anyone buying from you will NOT be able to prove authenticity to Amazon so they would put their account at risk of suspension.
Why anyone would do that is a question for the ages.................

Hello @Seller_QVQdIdpyvlT58, I'll allow experienced sellers to jump in with advice and strategy, but I wanted to offer some information as well.
Amazon determines the value of your inventory by evaluating several factors, including:
- Your sales history
- The average FBA selling price on Amazon
- The sales history of the specific ASIN
Based on contracted rates, liquidators will purchase this inventory for a gross recovery value, which is about 5% to 10% of the product’s value. Amazon will then deduct fees and pay you the net recovery value.
These fees are as follows:
- The liquidations processing fee is per item and based on item size and weight (see Table 1 at the link).
- The liquidations referral fee is 15% and calculated on the gross recovery value.
See the FBA Liquidations program terms and conditions and let me know if you have any questions!
